It’s PTSD Awareness Month

June is PTSD Awareness Month. And June 27th is PTSD Awareness Day — established in 2010 by the United States Senate to raise public awareness about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

This “What is PTSD?” infographic, designed by the University of Southern California School of Social Work outlines the symptoms, causes and treatments for the various types of traumatic events.
